You turn on billing
The owner clicks once and pays on a secure Stripe page, by card or bank transfer. The brokerage covers a flat seat fee for the office, billed as a single payment each month.
Your agents run reports
Every agent runs any address for a flat per-report price, charged to their own card. You cover the seat, they cover what they use.

The brokerage covers a flat $3 per agent each month, 5 seats or more. Each agent then pays $10 for every report they run, charged to their own card. No allotments, no pooled credits, no surprise overage. With the 5-seat minimum, the office seat fee starts at $15 a month.
